Here at EA, we are a fun loving, aviation obsessed, caffeine drinking, work place family.
We work, and are dedicated to providing premium customer service, but what separates us is our human factor. We all have personalities, and care for the job that we are doing, and we're allowed to be ourselves. The job itself is very deadline focused, and there's almost always a sense of urgency, but as a company, we choose to tackle it as a team. We're trusted in our abilities to get the job done, and always know where to go for help.
Our President, Nelson Bradshaw, took over in July of 2015, and since he's been leading we have grown our team to 300 employees and counting, in 9 airports across Canada.
Who We Are
You can find us providing fueling or ground and counter services with various major airline partners and private customers. We also have a flagship maintenance shop in London as well as shops in Hamilton and Kelowna.
Our home base is located in London, Ontario and branches out to a total of 9 other bases in Ontario including Waterloo, Windsor, Hamilton, North Bay, Sudbury, Sault Ste. Marie, Kelowna and Fort Nelson. We are always welcoming new team members aboard and take pride building careers with aviation folks.

Next, you’ll be introduced to the team and toured around the airport.
Followed by in-class training and shadow shifts.

Marcie Pridding, Human Resources Manager
Marcie has been with the EA team since April 2017. Before her time with EA, she spent nearly 10 years in HR in various industries including tech, manufacturing, and non-profit.
In her role with EA, she supports the management team and employees, creates and delivers programs, and ensures the success of EA’s people and culture strategy. When she’s not at work, you can find her taking her dog, Captain, out for a walk, or soaking up the sun.
Melissa McIntyre, Human Resources Coordinator
As an HR coordinator with EA, she interacts with almost all applications received to Executive Aviation.
With a background in recruitment, and education in Human Resources, Melissa conducts most recruiting processes from phone screening to welcoming employees to the team.
Outside of work, Melissa is an animal lover and painting enthusiast.
