Resume

You don’t need to have experience in aviation to work for Executive Aviation. Tell us about some of the experiences you’ve had with other employers, at school, volunteer programs or sports teams. Make sure your resume is up to date and current contact information is included.

Pre-screening

Our Team Members will need to qualify for an extensive background check including a criminal record check in order to access restricted areas in the airports. In addition, many of the operations run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week meaning shifts will be available throughout and your availability will be considered when scheduling.

Interviewing

Interviews may be held in person, over video or on the phone. No matter the media, make sure you take the opportunity to present your best self. Be on time, look well groomed and do your research on the role you are interviewing for. Be honest in the interview and if you are unsure what the interviewer is asking, ask them to rephrase the question. Some roles may have more than one interview before an offer is made. Be mindful of the environment. Find a quiet room where you can sit/stand comfortably. If you are interviewing on the phone or by video ensure your connection is stable by testing beforehand.

On-boarding

All EA team members are gifted a welcome package which includes EA paperwork, uniform and swag. Next, you’ll be introduced to the team and toured around the airport followed by in-class training and shadow shifts. We also have webinars for you to learn more about the EA way. Your initial training may take up to two weeks and you may need to be available full-time during the training.

I can’t say just one but the best things at working for EA is our team we have at my base (YXU) , and the flexibility to allow a work life balance.

As my role as Ramp Coordinator the favorite part is providing the best possible leadership and guidance to our ramp team and show them the ropes to grow within the ramp and within the organization as a whole.

The best part about working with my team at YXU is that BTW and ATW are really like our family but at work and everyone sticks together and supports each other through the good and bad days.

My time at Executive Aviation has given me great experiences in both the aviation industry and in leadership roles. In my 8 months I have progressed from a new hire, to a lead, to a ramp coordinator and learned so many lifelong skills along the way. The best part of working for Executive Aviation is the incredible sense of community; there’s nothing better than coming into work with friends and doing the job efficiently while still having a good time.

The best part about working for EA is feeling the satisfaction that comes with helping people with their travel needs and being surrounded by a team that truly supports you.
